• Luxury Upholstery Look: Chenille & Bouclé for Premium Bedding
Comfort and sophistication continue to influence the bedding market.
Stellini showcased luxury upholstery‑inspired fabrics featuring chenille and bouclé textures — perfect for mattress panels, borders, handles, and bed bases.

This rich, handcrafted aesthetic brings soft, high-volume textures with a refined, contemporary appearance. These fabrics help manufacturers differentiate their products with elevated style and tactile appeal.

 

• Customizable Borders With Placed Designs
Stellini presented a new generation of fully customizable mattress borders engineered with placed designs that wrap seamlessly around the perimeter of the mattress.

Key advantages include:

  • Up to six yarn colors in one design
  • Full customization with logos, motifs, and brand imagery
  • Engineered volume and structure with no additional quilting required
  • Optional lamination with FR, stitchbond, needlepunch, felt, and more

For efficient production, we provide ready‑made, pre‑cut borders packaged in palboxes — supporting cleaner workflow, reduced waste, and higher daily productivity.

We unveiled a new generation of super‑cooling polyethylene fabrics, enhanced with advanced finishing technologies.
Offered in multiple colors and designs, these fabrics deliver refreshing, long‑lasting cooling performance — now also available in a melange version.

Thanks to new specialized looms at our American plant, CT Nassau introduced a line of high‑quality woven stretch damask fabrics designed for maximum performance and enhanced aesthetics.
