The new quilted mattress borders
Thanks to the acquisition of a new ultrasonic machine, STELLINI now introduces the possibility of making quilted borders: the result is a ready-made product, ready to be used and distributed in rolls for the production of mattresses. As with the regular borders, the "ultrasonic borders" can be customised in design and fabric colour, plus the overprinted quilting design. A step towards production with less environmental impact
Thanks to the new ultrasonic banding machine, we are able to process a ready-to-use finished product manufactured with significant savings in polluting resources:

GLUES - The bands are ultrasonically processed without no need for glue or quilting: the stitches that correspond to the design hold the fabric together, giving
SPUNBOND • Thanks to its inherent characteristics, the band is able to slide without complications, thus avoiding the need for additional sheeting.

COMPOSITION
Polypropylene or polyester with padding laminated with 100% polyester felt: this combination has the great advantage of making the product completely recyclable, with no further processing required for the disposal of unprocessable and difficult to dispose of materials such as Foam.
Due to the properties of individual yarns, it is not possible to process fabrics of 100% natural origin such as cotton or viscose, but it is possible to make fabrics with a mixed composition of natural yarn + synthetic.

Our straps have passed the main flame retardant tests: they can be made of flame retardant materials on request.
